The Jean-Marie Pelt Botanical Gardens are situated near the Science Faculty in the hollow of a valley. They cover 25ha, including 2,500m² of tropical greenhouses, where you will find 6,500 species of araceae, orchids, insectivores and giant water lilies. The garden, a botanical conservatory, seeks to preserve endangered plants from France and its overseas territories.
