A tribute to the hinterland of the Northeast Region and its culture and inhabitants, the Museu Cais do Sertão brilliantly juxtaposes works of art and everyday objects. The visit begins with souvenirs of local idol, singer and musician, Luis Gonzaga (1912-1989), continuing with magnificent ceremonial robes, hats, utensils, tools, horse saddles, but also contemporary creations. You can even get acquainted with Sertão music and take part in a karaoke to the sound of forró music.
