The Travel Channel has rated Poipu Beach as one of America's top-10 beaches. Its myriad attractions include fine white sand, tropical trade winds, and a range of water conditions to keep swimmers, snorkellers and surfers all blissfully happy. The beach actually consists of a string of three white crescents of sand, running eastwards from the Sheraton Kauai Resort to the Poipu Beach Park.
