Málaga is not only a seaside resort. Its city centre has several interesting museums, including the Carmen Thyssen Museum, MIMMA (Interactive Music Museum) and two spaces dedicated to Pablo Picasso, its most famous native. In the old town, through which Calle Granada runs, there is also a fine cathedral hidden away in a maze of streets; most of these are pedestrianised and great for ambling around shopping or at tapeo time.
