The fast-running Fier has carved these impressive and well-known gorges not far from Annecy. They are equipped with footbridges that cling to the sheer, almost tormented gorges. The hike is breathtaking. A leafy canopy shades this natural corridor and the dappled play of light almost makes the visitor forget the head-spinning inclines.
