The Old Chinatown was pulled down to make way for the construction of Union Station and only a few of its (hardly picturesque) shopping streets remain. Today's Chinatown, meanwhile, has colourful buildings along Broadway, near Easy Gate. If you want to learn about the history of this community, take a look around the Chinese American Museum. There are also temporary exhibitions featuring contemporary and political works by Chinese-American and foreign artists.
