Listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site owing to its geological interest, the Jurassic Coast stretches for 150km between Poole and Exmouth. Rich in fossils and dinosaur footprints, it provides a unique area of study for specialists who are able to identify three separate ages from east to west: Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous.
