Constructed in the style of the gardens of Seville during the 20C, the Apodaca and del Marqués de Comillas alamedas are two lovely tree-lined promenades bordering the ocean. These luxurious gardens include two spectacular ficus brought back from the Americas by Franciscan nuns (three other ficus trees also survived the journey).
