Broadway Tower, a crenellated folly built in 1800, marks one of the highest points in the Cotswolds. The vast panorama to the west extends over the fertile Vale of Evesham to the jagged line of the Malvern Hills and, in clear weather, to the far distant landmarks of the Welsh border, the Forest of Dean and the Black Mountains to the southwest and Clee Hill and the Wrekin to the northwest. A nuclear bunker dating from the Cold War period is also open to visitors here.
