De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
This enormous stone house stands on a beautiful site overlooking Lake Deux Montagnes. The central section dates from 1798 and was built by Jean-Joseph Trestler, a German who made his fortune in the fur trade. The wings were added in 1805 and 1806. Several rooms in the house are appointed with fine 18C and 19C furniture. The tour passes through the impressive vaulted hall of the warehouse, where the pelts were hung to dry. Concerts are held in summertime.
