Founded in the 13C, this monastery was badly damaged during the Wars of Religion and the Revolution. Sold off as State property and converted into a farm, the medieval buildings have now been restored. Today, they house the European University of Scents and Flavours, workshops specialising in perfume and plants, as well as the Artemisia Museum, dedicated to plants and other themes covered by the university. The cloister hosts a variety of events.
