De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
Philip of Anjou and his wife Catherine de Valois commissioned the construction of this church, a superb example of transitional Romanesque-Gothic architecture, in the 14C. The façade features a geometric interplay of two-tone inlaid work and a canopy adorned with Lombard arcading. The interior houses a series of Byzantine-inspired frescoes which come as a surprise both in terms of their size and their delicate colours. The Last Judgement and the Tree of the Cross are particularly worthy of note.
