Brilliantly rehabilitated, Appenzell's former brick factory (16C) is home to an exhibition space and a cultural centre. The kiln of the brickworks adds unique character to the site, which presents interesting contemporary exhibitions. Works by Carl Liner Senior and Junior are exhibited intermittently. On the first Sunday of each month, classical and contemporary concerts are organised.
