Set in an elevated spot, with distant views of the Gulf of Finland, this airy restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows is a wonderful example of modernist architecture. Dishes have a Baltic heart, with a few Asian and Mediterranean touches; expect plenty of originality and some intriguing flavours.
