The knockout view of Lake Geneva and its iconic Jet d’Eau is unquestionably one of the highlights of this fine establishment. However, that afforded by the kitchens, the rotisserie and the cold room where the superb cuts of meat are stored is equally uplifting. Unsurprisingly, specialities include grilled fish and meat but there is also tofu.
